Creating skilled workforce through the OTJ Training Program!
In the framework of implementing the On-the-Job (OTJ) Training Program, financed by USAID EMPOWER Private Sector Project, the Kosovo Manufacturers Club (KMC) signed a cooperation agreement with different wood companies: SelaImpex, Tefik Çanga, Divani, Tedes. Contract, Deco Home and EURO ART Mobileria. As agreed, these businesses will provide practical work for the marginalized young people that belong to municipalities of Gjilan, Kaçanik, Viti and Hani i Elezit.
Within the implementation of the On-the-job Training Program (OTJ), financed by the USAID EMPOWER Project for the Private Sector, the Kosovo Producers Club (KMC) signed cooperation agreements with various wood companies: SelaImpex, Tefik Çanga, Divani, Ted. Contract, Deco Home and EURO ART Furniture.
According to the agreement, these businesses will provide practical work for marginalized young people belonging to the municipalities of Gjilan, Kaçanik, Viti and Hani i Elez. At the end of the training, the best candidates will have the opportunity to be employed. In partnership with Sida - Styrelsen för Internationellt Utvecklingssamarbete.
