SHPDK (Wood Processors Association of Kosovo – Wood Cluster) is part of the new coalition launched by the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, with support from CIPE, aimed at strengthening private sector advocacy and reforming workforce developme

✔️ Our engagement did not start today — SHPDK has proven experience in this field, working with USAID-IREX and more recently with LuxDev – the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency, on concrete projects aimed at advancing vocational education and training in the wood processing sector.

✅ As a sector leader, SHPDK leads the Workforce Development Council in the Wood Industry — an important step toward aligning education with real labor market needs.

Together with 14 partner organizations, we will work to make workforce reforms a central pillar of Kosovo’s economic agenda.
