The Commercial Court organized a round table discussion with Business Associations, in which the Director of SHPDK participated

The Commercial Court, with the support of the USAID Commercial Justice Program, organized a round table discussion with Business Associations, in which the Director of SHPDK participated.
The purpose of the meeting was for businesses to become better acquainted with the role and commitment of the Court, as well as with the processes and methods for handling and resolving cases. Cooperation with businesses is a step towards a more efficient Commercial Court system, ultimately promoting a more suitable business environment in Kosovo.
