Two Occupational Standards (SP) have been developed in the woodworking sector: the Standard for Carpenters and the Standard for Furniture Makers

Under the leadership of external expert Mr. Rame Likaj and with the support of the PSWD project implemented by IREX, two Occupational Standards (OS) in the woodworking sector have been developed: the Carpenter Standard and the Furniture Standard.
The Carpenter Standard has been revised, while the Furniture Standard has been developed for the first time, at the request of the Workforce Development Council. After several months of work, both standards have now been finalized in December and are ready to be submitted to the AKM.
We greatly appreciate the project’s support for this essential initiative for the industry.

Thank you to the working group for the contribution provided during these months!
